Echoes is out of open beta and rolling out, Team Highlights got some great new options, and we released an integration for Outlook calendar. Read on to learn more.
🔉 Echoes is here, and free
Echoes has been in open beta for the past several months, and we’ve been steadily making improvements along the way. To everyone who’s participated and shared feedback, thank you ❤️
Today, we’re happy to announce that open beta is a wrap, and Echoes is rolling out to accounts over the next few weeks. We initially planned on offering Echoes as a paid add-on, but the more we used it, the more we couldn’t imagine Steady without it. With that in mind, we’re making Echoes free for every Steady account. It’s a core feature just like Smart Check-ins and Live Goals.
Read the announcement post for more details.
Note that Echoes won’t be included on a small subset of legacy Status Hero plans where we couldn’t make the math pencil out.
⚡️ Team Highlights options
We’ve added two new options to Team Highlights. In addition to summarizing a team’s check-ins by person, you can now summarize by project, or turn off Team Highlights altogether for a given team. The new “by project” option is a great fit for teams that do project work, giving everyone an even faster “time to up-to-speed”.
These new settings are team-specific. If you want to adjust them, choose the “team settings” option from the overflow menu on any team card on the teams overview.
🗓️ New Microsoft Outlook calendar integration
In the last update we teased an integration for Microsoft Outlook calendars, and now it’s here. The new integration works the same as our Google Calendar integration, auto syncing absences, and automatically adding non-private events to your check-ins.
If you’d like to use it, you can connect your Outlook calendar via your personal preferences in Steady.
🗞️ What else is happening?
- We’re running a webinar on how you can use Echoes to reclaim hours of time every week while staying 100% up to speed. We’d love for you to join us.
