Customize account settings

Fill out your account info

The account info section is where you make your account a representation of your company. It's three easy steps:

  1. Make sure your account name is your company and not just a single team.
  2. Upload your company logo.
  3. Add a description. Most companies use their tagline, mission, or north star.

Modify default times

You can designate the default check-in reminder and summary times for new users in Account Management - Check-ins. When new team members are added, they'll automatically be set to the account defaults.

Account Holidays

If a holiday or other account-wide out-of-office event is coming up and you want to disable check-in prompts, visit Account - Holidays and select the days when everyone won’t be checking in.

Team members can also set vacation or out-of-office events for themselves.
