Insights
The Insights page shows a complete picture of how teams are working in Steady, and breaks down the data at an account, team, and individual level. It surfaces the key data points and trends related to participation, goal completion, blockers, integration activity, meeting time, vacations, and more. You can even see how your team’s mood has trended. Surfacing these insights will help you figure out the most important question: how are we doing, and are we getting better?
Use the "Date range" filter to select a specific period to analyze.
You can also use the "Team members" filter to select specific team members to review. For instance, half of your team may be working on a specific project. Multi-select allows you to view just the team members involved in the project, so you can have project-specific data.
